Contract Hire
Our Contract Hire with Maintenance package offers the peace of mind of ‘fixed cost motoring’. All you are required to do is insure the vehicle and provide fuel!
Eurolease will take responsibility for purchasing the vehicle, maintenance of the vehicle for the lifetime of the contract and disposal allowing you to concentrate on the more profit making areas of your business.
Contract Purchase
Our with Maintenance Contract Purchase facility has all the attributes of Contract Hire, as outlined above, with the notable exception that the vehicle will appear on your balance sheet as an asset of your company.
Only the service element of the monthly payment is liable to VAT, making this facility attractive to companies that are zero rated for VAT purposes and, in some instances, for more expensive executive cars.
At the end of the agreement, ownership will be passed to you on payment of the final ‘balloon’ payment. An ‘Option to Purchase’ amendment can be included whereby Eurolease will agree to purchase the vehicle for the final ‘balloon’ figure thus relieving you of the responsibility of disposal of the vehicle.
Finance Lease
Our Finance Lease is a fully amortised ‘on balance sheet’ facility as the risk or reward on disposal lies with you, the lessee.
Currently, monthly rentals can be fully offset against Corporation Tax on cars costing under £12,000. Above this figure, the amount you can offset reduces as the cost of the vehicle increases. However, from 1st April 2009 the amount you can offset against Corporation Tax will be linked to a CO2 rating, the implications of which are still to be fully analysed.

This facility is particularly attractive for high mileage vehicles, especially vans.
